We have not appointed a data protection officer, as our activity does not fall under any of the cases set out in Article 37 of the GDPR. Your requests are handled at the address above.
Data we collect
The website does not create user accounts and sells nothing online. The only direct collection takes place when you fill in the quote request form.
- Professional identity — contact name, job title, name of the establishment.
- Professional contact details — email address, telephone number, country and city of the establishment.
- Project details — type of establishment, number of rooms, intended range, selected products, quantities, packaging options, deadline and free message.
- Technical data — server connection logs (IP address, date and time, pages requested, browser type), kept for security purposes.
We ask you not to include in the “message” field any sensitive data or any information about a third party who has not been informed.

Recipients
Your data is accessible only to the I28 SRL staff responsible for sales follow-up. It is also processed by our technical processors, who act on our instructions and are bound by contract:
- our website hosting and maintenance provider, Webforce, on OVH SAS infrastructure located in the European Union;
- our business email provider, for routing and storing the requests received.
We neither sell nor rent your data. No data is passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.
Transfers outside the European Union
The data is hosted in the European Union. Should a transfer to a third country occur, it would be governed by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Send your request to contact@bonne-nuit.pro. We reply within one month. Proof of identity may be requested in case of reasonable doubt.
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — dataprotectionauthority.be.
Security
The website is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to the administration is restricted and logged, security updates are applied regularly, and backups are encrypted and stored off the production server.
Automated decision-making
No decision producing legal effects concerning you is taken on the basis of automated processing. Our quotes are prepared by people.

This policy may be updated to reflect legal or technical developments. The date of update appears at the top of the page. Cookies are covered on a separate page.
